The guesthouse has 4 double rooms:

  • Room 1 - Luxury Room - a spacious bathroom, with a large mirror, toilet, sink, shower, bidet and a whirlpool bath. Interior - tiles and wooden decor. Velux roof window.
    A large double bed with a single mattress, 2 nightstands with intimate night-lights. A large wardrobe. 3 stools. Light furnishing. Radio clock, a wide screen LCD TV and a satellite receiver. A French door leads to a large, separate morning sun lit balcony with soft wooden furniture.
  • Room 2 - large double bed with a single mattress, 2 nightstands with night-lights. A large wardrobe. 2 stools. Velux roof window. Light furnishing. Facilities (shower space, toilet room, sink room and a room with a washing machine) are located in a hall – only 1 meter far from the room’s doors.
  • Room 3 - large double bed with a single mattress, 2 nightstands with night-lights. A wardrobe with a large mirror. 2 stools. Velux roof window. A TV, satellite receiver, radio clock. A small cupboard. Light furnishing. A large separate balcony on the south side with a view of an odd pine tree and the sunset. The balcony is furnished with a garden table and chairs. Facilities (shower space, toilet room, sink room and a room with a washing machine) are located in a hall – only 1 meter far from the room’s doors.
  • Room 4 - large double bed with two aligned mattresses, 2 nightstands with night-lights. A wardrobe with a large mirror. 2 stools. Velux roof window. A TV, satellite receiver, radio clock. A commode. Dark furnishing. A large separate balcony on the north side with a view of an odd pine tree and the sunset. The balcony is furnished with a garden table and chairs. Facilities (shower space, toilet room, sink room and a room with a washing machine) are located in a hall – only 1 meter far from the room’s doors.

An extra sleeping place is available in all rooms - a collapsible wooden spring bed.

A wireless Internet connection is available throughout the entire guesthouse.

Guests also have access to a grill and a small fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave oven, an electronic teapot, a coffeemaker and an electric stove. Dishes and kitchenware are also available.

For the rainy days the guesthouse "Smaidas" offers a spacious pavilion with a fireplace for grilling.

Cars can be parked on a parking lot with security cameras and a guard dog.
